Full-Time Receptionist/Front Desk – Lowell Office

Immediate full-time receptionist/secretarial position for a fast-paced law firm in Lowell, Indiana.

Duties would include

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls (multiple lines)
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Sort, open mail and update Attorneys’ calendars with court dates and clients
• Open new client file folders
• Have knowledge of Indiana Mycase and Odyssey websites
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying and faxing

We require that you be proficient in Microsoft Word. You must be able to multi-task and have a friendly personality since you will be working with clients on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time position
9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (flexible eight hours shifts).
Pay: Hourly – (Competitive; Experience-Based)
